If Drew Barrymore’s life story ever becomes a biopic, the actor and talk show host already has a performer in mind for the lead part. Barrymore revealed this actor in a TikTok video she posted on August 17. The clip shows Barrymore participating in a TikTok trend, which consists of very quickly flashing photos of the public figures who fit the bill for various questions. Barrymore identified celebs for labels like “best co-star kisser,” whom he said was E.T., and her “most surprising celebrity interview,” Machine Gun Kelly. Then Barrymore addressed “who should play [her] in a biopic,” for which she revealed a photo of actor Joey King.
Furthermore, Barrymore displayed King’s image when asked for a “surprising celeb in [her] phone” contacts. In February, Barrymore and King joined together for a discussion on “The Drew Barrymore Show.” “Oh my gosh, I’ve been waiting for this,” Barrymore said as King sat down to chat with her. Barrymore then called herself “such an uber-fan” of King’s work. Both the personal and professional experiences of the “Kissing Booth” star would make King a great option to lead a Barrymore biopic.
