Disturbing footage posted online sees one woman being forcibly dragged along the concrete by two officials wearing white protective gear.

In the same area, three people are also seen carrying off another person while someone else is filmed lying on the floor surrounded by men in hazmat suits.
The screams and terrified wails of those being taken away and onlookers can clearly be heard as the people are carried off.
The Twitter post by “Songpinganq” reads: “Under Xi Jinping‘s rule, every night, thousands of people are being dragged into Covid quarantine camps.”
The footage appears to have been filmed on October 22, this year.
The brutal measures are part of China’s harsh zero Covid policy.
Another post by the same person on the social media site with the same heading purports to have been filmed in a Covid quarantine camp in Shanghai at 1.30am local time on October 24.
It appears to show people being taken to one of the camps where they are housed and reveals the spartan conditions they have to live in.
The footage shows a desk with a TV, an iron-framed bunk bed without a mattress and a toilet and sink.

Commenting on the footage, one person wrote: “This is so harsh! The Chinese need to stand up because they aren’t having any kind of life! Where is the UN in all this!”
Another said: “Xi Jinping & all of his CCP sheep are tyrannical monsters & will stop at nothing to get what they want. No regard for people, animals or the environment.”
A third simply added: “It’s appalling.”
In October shocking footage emerged of machine-gun carrying Chinese cops herding families at an airport in Yunnan Province.
The dystopian scenes emerged after passengers at the Xishuangbanna airport uploaded the terrifying videos on Twitter, after the Prefecture went into complete lockdown amid China‘s extreme Zero Covid policy.
In July, panic spread across Wuhan after a million people were thrusted back into the world’s strictest lockdown after a handful of Covid cases were recorded.
In January this year it was revealed China had built a Covid quarantine camp large enough to hold 4,000 people as it feared another outbreak of the virus.
It took 600 workers just five days to construct the massive centre which covers 108 acres.
The construction began on January 13 in the Zhengding county on the outskirts of Shijiazhuang city.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, China has applied draconian Covid restrictions on its population.
Health officials are quick to impose strict lockdowns on entire cities as soon as cases are reported.
Images of hazmat clad gun-toting lockdown enforcers beating citizens, millions of empty homes and giant unfinished stadiums bear testimony to the state of the country.
