NEW YORK (WABC) — A coastal winter storm brought some snow to New York City and the Tri-State on January 15-16, 2024.
It had been 701 days since Central Park last recorded an inch of snow on a single calendar day, but that streak is over.
Since midnight, an inch of snow had fallen on Central Park and nearly an inch and a half since the storm began on Monday.
