While he has made a name for himself on social media, Kai Cenat’s sister, Kaiya Cenat, found success as a businesswoman in the beauty and fashion industry. However, it has not always been smooth sailing for the twins, as they once lived in a shelter with their family.

Kai Cenat is a famous streamer who has also amassed millions of followers on his popular YouTube channel. He has become well-known for his celebrity guest appearances, and his humorous pranks on his siblings, including his twin sister, Kaiya Cenat.

Kai Cenat and his sister are twins and grew up with an older brother and a younger brother their mother welcomed during another relationship. However, growing up in a single-parent household brought difficult times for the family.

Kaiya and her twin brother were born on December 16, 2001, in Brooklyn, New York, to a “short, quiet, and Haitian” father and a creative mother who passed down her skills with a camera to some of her children.

During an interview, the YouTuber revealed that he did not have a close relationship with his father, who his mother confirmed was not around for his children’s upbringing. “But that’s another story,” she said.

However, despite her famous brother’s disinterest in having a relationship with his biological dad, Kai revealed that Kaiya still tried to nurture a relationship with her father.

And amidst their mother trying to raise her three children alone, Kaiya and her family ended up living in a shelter until their mom found her way back onto her feet. Kai said:

“My mom was going through a lot of stuff. […] My mom doing things by herself. She’s like a hero.”

Despite her challenging childhood, Kaiya still made a name for herself as an entrepreneur, and at the time of writing, she had nearly 24, 000 followers on Instagram.

In addition to his celebrity guest appearances, Kai’s sister also appeared on his YouTube channel.

She also serves as the CEO of Dressed By Barbie Boutique — an online store that offers various colorful and stylish clothing — and Barbie Minks, a lash extensions business.

Since creating his YouTube channel, Kai has risen to fame for his entertaining live Twitch streams and his celebrity guest appearances. Hollywood stars such as Duke Dennis, Lil Yachty, and Rich Paul have appeared on Kai’s channel.

The YouTuber also uploaded multiple videos that captured his relationship with Nicki Minaj. And according to Kai, Kaiya is the biggest Nicki fan. He said:

“When she found out I was in conversation with Nicki, she was going crazy. She’s the biggest Barb ever, for sure.”

In addition to his celebrity guest appearances, Kai’s sister also appeared on his YouTube channel. In 2020, Kaiya was featured in a video where her brother pranked her and pretended to call her a rude name. However, at the end of the video, Kaiya’s brother revealed that it was all in the name of fun.
