Natalya Morley Sands is the daughter of actor Julian Sands, who kept his family out of the public eye. She pursued a different path and studied literature at Bard College. Unlike her dad, she stays away from the limelight.

Natalya Morley Sands’s father is known for his roles in “A Room with a View,” “The Killing Fields,” “Warlock,” “Leaving Las Vegas,” and “Arachnophobia.” Although a celebrity, he kept his family life private.

Despite his family staying away from the spotlight and rarely discussing them during interviews, he has sometimes given his fans a glimpse into their family life. He once mentioned how he wanted his kids to remember him.

Julian Sands Has Three Children with Two Women

Natalya’s father is devoted to his three children from two relationships. His firstborn, Henry Sands, resulted from his marriage to British journalist Sarah Harvey Sands, which lasted from 1984 to 1987. They welcomed him in 1985.

Natalya’s mother, author Evgenia Citkowitz, married Julian five years after her brother was born, and they welcomed her as their first child in August 1996. Her birth was followed by the arrival of Imogen Morley Sands in December 1999. Interestingly, Evgenia would attend yoga class while pregnant with her first child.

Although busy with his schedule, Natalya’s father tried to be hands-on with his children. In one of his interviews, Julian revealed how he wanted them to remember him – “as an interesting [and] amusing father.”

Natalya Morley Sands Had Interesting Reactions When It Came to Her Father’s Roles

When Julian landed the role of Gerald Crane on “Gotham,” his kids, including Natalya, felt a little anxious. Not because she was a fan of comic books but because her dad was set to play another demonic and dark character.

In a previous interview, he revealed her reaction was “more a ‘Here we go again,’ sort of thing,” rather than an “Oh Dad, what are you up to now?” Despite Natalya’s reaction, she is undoubtedly proud to see her father’s talent on the screen. Unfortunately, she has not pursued a career in the entertainment industry, diverging from her father’s path.

She studied at Bard College and wrote a literature project titled “The Conspiracy of Silence: Power and Betrayal in Pinterm Chekov, and Shakespeare.” Besides graduating in 2018, only a little is known about her.

Natalya Morley Sands’ Brother, Henry Sands, Is a Managing Director

On the other hand, Henry Sands is the managing director of Sabi Strategy Group. He is a communications advisor with background work in political organizations, international companies, private businesses, and more.

Before his current role, Henry was a journalist for the Daily Mail, Spectator, New Statesman, and more. Although busy in his career, Henry maintained a good relationship with his father and joined the search for Julian when the senior disappeared during a dangerous hike.

Julian went missing this year after hiking in Mt. Baldy, California, on January 13. He was gone for over six weeks, leaving his wife, Guinness heiress Evgenia Citkowitz, and children worried. Julian, an experienced hiker, embarked on the journey alone and has yet to return, and his close friend, John Malkovich, spoke about their friendship after he went missing.
