Rafa Cannavale Is Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne’s Youngest Son

Bobby Cannavale is a doting father to his two boys, who he shares with his partner, Rose Bryne. Their youngest son, Rafa, was born in 2017 and has been the best addition to their brood.

Bobby Cannavale and Rose Bryne have expanded their family since their relationship began in 2012. They are loving parents to Rocco and Rafa, although Bobby has a child from his previous relationship with Jenny Lumet.

As celebrities, they know living a private life can get tricky. When the pair are not busy filming on set, they are preoccupied with raising their two boys.

WHEN WAS RAFA CANNAVALE BORN?

The couple announced their pregnancy with Rafa in August 2017 and welcomed him in November. During their pregnancy reveal, the “Neighborhood” star said:

“I’m a little tired but feeling good. Everyone was very sweet on set today, and you always get a little bit more attention when you’re pregnant, which is fabulous.”

However, Rose did not disclose further details aside from posting photos of her trip with Bobby a few months before giving birth.

A few weeks after welcoming Rafa, the “Ferdinand” actor revealed that his son’s name paid homage to Bobby’s Latin heritage and the famous tennis champion, Rafa Nadal. “I hadn’t given one of my children a Latin name yet, so I wanted to honor my mom’s side of the family,” he said.

He also shared what Rocco was like as an older brother. Bobby had nothing but praise for Rocco, claiming that he was gentle upon meeting his younger sibling.

With two toddlers in their home, life can get pretty chaotic. Admittedly, Rose needed an adjustment period to get the hang of things. She said, as told by People:

“It’s funny that the little guy is a lot more aggressive than the big guy. [Rafa] just goes in for the tackle and loves to pin [Rocco] down.”

Despite the lack of sleep, their family is happy to be complete and together. The two boys have also adjusted to one another.

Born on July 24, 1979, Rose is an Australian actress known for her Australian television shows, “Heartbreak High,” “Echo Point,” and “Two Hands.”

She also appeared in the films “Star Wars: Attack of the Clones (Episode II)”, “Wicker Park,” and “Troy.” Rose most recently starred in Apple TV+’s dramedy, “Physical,” which was renewed for a second series in 2022

Behind the scenes, Bobby is a family guy who often posts photos and videos of his children on Instagram. Undoubtedly, they bring pride and happiness into his life alongside his wife.
