Was Camila Cabello Pregnant? Fans Suggested the Singer Was Expecting

Updates on Camila Cabello border on her failed relationship with her fellow star Shawn Mendes and a new romance in the near future. This isn’t the first time there have been speculations about her. Fans have wondered if Camilla Cabello was pregnant in the past. 

Camilla Cabello’s latest outing suggests that she has moved on from her highly-publicized relationship and split with fellow singer Shawn Mendes. She was spotted on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, enjoying a hangout with a Mendes lookalike.

The mystery man, identified as Austin Kevitch, is the CEO of Lux Club, a dating app. Kevitch and Cabello enjoyed each other’s company on the streets of Los Angeles.

The duo opted for a casual fit, but the “Havana” crooner looked chic in an off-the-shoulder white crop top and a pair of ripped baggy jeans. She let her raven tresses down her back while sporting a lime green clutch purse.

Kevitch donned a grey sweatshirt over a black T-shirt and khaki pants. While he and Cabello crossed the street, they seemed oblivious to all that was happening around, with the award-winning singer displaying how smitten she was. 

CABELLO’S PREGNANCY RUMORS

Before her brewing romance with the tech guru, Cabello has been in the news for speculations on pregnancy. This was during the peak of her romance with Mendes. 

One of the times that got internet users talking was when the former Fifth Harmony star was photographed on a hiking expenditure. Her stomach appeared to be bulging. 

The rumors intensified after the singer shared a photo of herself cradling her belly. Many took to social media capitalizing on the bulge and suggesting that the “Work From Home” singer was pregnant. 

However, it was later confirmed that Cabello was, in fact, not pregnant. Her fans also jumped on the trend as they clamped down on the rumors. One person addressed the body shamers, noting that the music star had a healthy body.

Another person decried the obsession with body standards stating that many were used to such standards that normal bodies were shunned.

A third fan addressed why people seemed obsessed with Cabello’s body and the rumors that she was pregnant. 

The “Never Be the Same” crooner shut down the rumors herself at another time when netizens thought she was expecting.

Cabello drew attention to how she had been on tour in that period and had been eating “delicious food.” She ended the address by asking trolls to leave her alone.

CABELLO’S RELATIONSHIP WITH MENDES

Mendes and Cabello’s romance was preceded by a friendship that lasted five years. The pair first met when they opened a tour for Austin Mahone. They kept in touch as they forged ahead in their bright careers.

The duo went from friends to business partners when they teamed up on their hit song “Señorita.” Many a time, Mendes and Cabello teased what their relationship status was, as many speculated if they would end up together.

The speculations were laid to rest in 2019 when the “Treat You Better” singer and “Bam Bam” singer started dating.
