After the resounding Week 1 loss at home to the Minnesota Vikings, the Green Bay Packers have picked themselves up and have won three games in a row, tying wins over the Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots, so their quarterback Aaron Rodgers is very happy, isn’t he, nothing could be further from the truth.

Aaron Rodgers joins 500 touchdown pass club

Rodgers threw two touchdown passes, bringing his career total to 500, joining a club that includes Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning and Brett Favre.

The Packers struggled to defeat the Patriots in overtime with the absence of Mac Jones due to injury and Brian Hoyer, the first backup, temporarily left the game with a blow to the head, so rookie Bailey Zappe had to make his debut, with that reality, Green Bay went to the limit at Lambeau Field.

What did Aaron Rodgers say to Josh Myers?

It’s not uncommon for a quarterback, much less someone of Rodgers’ personality, to not address his teammates cordially in the midst of a high-stress situation, what is uncommon is for that language to be picked up so neatly by a microphone in the middle of a television broadcast.

In the fourth quarter, Rodgers demanded that his center, Josh Myers, take a very quick snap, intending to catch the Pats with 12 men on the field and have a “free play.”

Myers didn’t make the snap as fast as Rodgers did and missed the opportunity, at which point “A-Rod” seems to be heard saying “snap the fucking ball“, clearly throwing a tantrum in the direction of his teammate.

Tony Romo’s help to Aaron Rodgers

On the television broadcast carried by CBS, the deluxe analyst was former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who tried to make up for what was clearly heard by saying “Ooh, did you hear that, ‘You’ve got to snap the ball a little quicker, guys.'”

In the end, such language is not uncommon and not only does Rodgers use it, it doesn’t demonstrate a team chemistry problem, however, it did make for a scene that drew powerful attention.
