Las Vegas Raiders player Devante Adams has said that he ‘felt horrible’ after he was seen shoving a man after his team suffered a shock NFL defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs.

There are just 17 games in an NFL season to leave your make, which means any defeat against supposedly inferior opposition can be extremely hard to accept.

The Raiders were beaten by the narrowest of margins, losing 30-29 to the Chiefs.

What made it even harder for the Raiders to take is that they let yet another lead slip. They were 10 points ahead of the Chiefs but they let Patrick Mahomes and his teammates get back into the contest and ultimately win.

Adams pushes cameraman

The anger of losing the game in this manner seemed far too much to take for Adams and he let himself down as he appeared to shove a cameraman on his way to the tunnel after the game.

It was an incredibly silly act from Adams he began to understand that as soon as he got down the tunnel.

He put out an apology on his Twitter account soon after the game where he stressed that he has no excuse for the behaviour.

Adams’ apology for shoving cameraman

“Sorry to the guy I pushed over after the game. Obviously very frustrated at the way the game ended and when he ran infront of me as I exited that was my reaction and I felt horrible immediately. Thats not me..MY APOLOGIES man hope you see this,” Adams wrote.

The Raiders have struggled to perform for an entire game all season so far. In both the first and third games, they put in poor first half displays but almost clawed it back in the second.
