On that list, the name of Jude Bellingham is in first place, but the auction that his possible signing is becoming has forced Los Blancos to expand their point of view and Enzo Fernandez, current Benfica player, has appeared.
Bellingham is one of Real Madrid‘s main targets. The club is taking all the necessary steps in that sense, so much so that contact with the player’s entourage took place months ago and prompted his decision not to renew the contract that binds him to Borussia Dortmund.
Too much competition
The problem that Real Madrid has encountered is that there are many rivals in the recruitment of young talent. The Lisbon club was the one who bet on the midfielder by paying 10 million euros that can become 18 with add-ons. Now his price has multiplied, but far from the 100 million euros that they say he could be worth at the moment. Benfica has in its possession 75 percent of the player’s economic rights.
