The release of the trailer for ‘Harry & Meghan’, the Netflix series about the life of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex that is about to premiere, has caused discomfort in more than one, and not only among members of the royal family, but among their friends.
One royal expert, Richard Eden, commented to the Daily Mail: “I’ve heard from friends of Prince Williams and Kate today, and they’ve been frankly disgusted by what’s appeared in this video. They are very upset at the way William and Catherine are being used and the image in which it is presented.”

The trailer features a photo of Meghan apparently crying, then a clip of Harry saying “I had to do everything I could to protect my family” and immediately after that a photo of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Eden added: “The trailer comes at the worst time for Kate and William, who were in the middle of their trip to the United States. I think the royal family will be waiting nervously to see what’s in it next week, you know. I think there’s going to be a lot of nerves in the palaces tonight.“

typical publicity campaign to make hype and generate scandal
around the series, as in the facts neither Harry nor Meghan have said that in it they will talk about William and Kate.
The relationship between the two couples is at a very tense point, and although it was rumored that William and Kate’s visit to the United States would serve to perhaps have a meeting between the brothers and their wives, this did not happen.
So we will have to wait for the premiere of ‘Harry & Meghan’ to find out what the series is about and how much more discomfort it will cause to the British royal family.
