Nate Diaz hasn’t lost any of his ambition despite leaving the UFC, and has named the only opponent that could draw him back out.

Diaz signed off from the promotion with a win by submission over Tony Ferguson, after his intended opponent Khamzat Chimaev missed weight.

Diaz has since launched his own promotion, ‘Real Fight Inc’, but the Californian has identified one opponent that he’d return to fighting for.

“I’m only going to fight The Rock otherwise I’m good,” Diaz tweeted.

Diaz to fight Jake Paul?

Diaz had been linked to fight Jake Paul after the YouTuber has switched to MMA following his boxing career.

“These shoes f****** suck!” Diaz raged in an ESPN interview footwear endorsed by Johnson.

“Look at these shoes. They made me put this s*** on. F*** these shoes!”

‘Get out for a minute’

September’s not even finished yet but Johnson isn’t the only former fighter that Diaz has called out.

“I want to get out of the UFC for a minute,” he said after beating Ferguson. “And show all these UFC fighters how to take over and own up another sport how you’re supposed to do it. Cause Conor McGregor didn’t know how to do it.

“None of these other fighters know how to do it. So I’m going to go out there and I’m going take over another profession and become the best at that.

“Show everybody I’m the best at that and then I’m going to be right the f*** back here to get a motherf****** UFC title. The best title in the world.”
