Paris Saint-Germain are desperate to offload players this summer as new coach Christophe Galtier continues to put his stamp on the squad at the Parc des Princes.
In order to push the players towards an exit, they are threatening to send them to play in the fifth tier of French football with their second team.
Ander Herrera, Layvin Kurzawa, Julian Draxler, Rafinha, Thilo Kehrer, Idrissa Gueye and Mauro Icardi are all on the list of players that PSG are hoping to get rid of before the window closes at the end of August.
L’Equipe have said that they are warning the aforementioned individuals that they could end up in the fifth tier should they hold on and turn down moves, with Le Parisien labelling them ‘the undesirables’.
PSG looking to force players out
New sporting director Luis Campos is thought to be keen to force the unwanted players to depart, and each of them are on the fringes of the first team.
Despite this, they are training away from the first team while going through the rest of their daily business as ever, including eating meals with the rest of the team.
If a solution is not found before September 1, they will face spending the season in Paris.
