Los Angeles Rams linebacker Bobby Wagner tackled a field invader at Levi’s Stadium during their Monday Night Football loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

The live broadcast cut away from the incident, but fans around the field recorded how Wagner knocked the man on his back.

It was late in the second quarter when the fan invaded the field while carrying a purple smoke bomb.

Security chased him as pink smoke filled the field, but it was Wagner who ended up knocking him down by the Rams sideline.

Rams defensive end Takkarist McKinley was the first to close in on the field invader, but Wagner beat his teammate to the punch.

McKinley had another incident with a teammate that nearly ended in blows.

In the fourth quarter, the frustrated McKinley and Rams linebacker Justin Hollins got into a scuffle on the sidelines.

Teammates and coaches had to step in to separate McKinley and Hollins.

The Rams circus ended with a 9-24 loss to the 49ers and both teams are now 2-2.

Matthew Stafford recorded a fumble and a pick-6 with no touchdown passes.
