Not even a week has passed since Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen made their divorce official, we finally got the Buccaneers QB to open up about it. Having his ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast gives Brady a platform to vent about anything and speak directly to his fans. He was just on the latest episode talking about the fallout of this entire drama. Most important to him will always be his children.
He has Jack, 15, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. The two youngest are the ones he had with Gisele and all he cares about right now is being the best possible father for all of them. Children who come from divorce go through a very different experience than the ones who had both their parents together as they grew up. Both Tom abd Gisele want to create a positive atmosphere around them despite the situation.
Tom Brady is focused on two things
But perhaps a surprising aspect of what Tom Brady said was the fact that he is also worried about something else. This is what he said on the podcast: “I think there’s a lot of professionals in life that go through things that they deal with at work and they deal with at home. Obviously, the good news is it’s a very amicable situation and I’m really focused on two things, taking care of my family and certainly my children, and secondly, doing the best job I can to win football games.
“So, that’s what professionals do. You focus at work when it’s time to work, and then when you come home you focus on the priorities that are at home. All you can do is the best you could do. That’s what I’ll just continue to do as long as I’m working and as long as I’m being a dad.”
With his words, Tom Brady keeps putting all rumors to rest about his possible retirement once this season is over. A rough start with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season has the team with a negative 3-5 record tthis season. Even though they can still recover from this, getting to the Playoffs is going to be incredibly difficult for the team due to this rough start. Can Tom Brady bring his team back up from the bottom?
