After 58 years of hurt, there’s genuine optimism (again) that England have a talent pool of players capable of winning a major international tournament.

The Three Lions, despite scrutiny and criticism of Gareth Southgate’s tactics and perceived favouritism towards certain players, head into Euro 2024 as one of the favourites to lift the trophy on July 14, blessed with a squad undoubtedly capable of prevailing in Germany this summer.

But before the tournament actually gets underway, there’s something else to generate buzz and excitement across fans all around the world: the unveiling of every nation’s kit.

England’s new home and away clobber has been officially announced by Nike, with the below outlining how much it’ll cost to look like the stars of this summer’s tournament.

England’s slick new strips will certainly tempt many, but they sure aren’t cheap.

Their clean white home kit and ‘dark raisin’ drenched away strip will eventually be available to buy on Nike’s official website, but will set customers back a whopping £124.99 for the authentic shirt experience. Replicas are £84.99 – the same price point for the orange goalkeeper kit and England’s women’s shirts.

These prices represent a considerable hike from England’s 2022 World Cup kits, also manufactured by Nike. Authentic shirts before the tournament in Qatar got underway were £114.95 with replicas priced at £74.95.

England’s Euro 2024 kits will go on sale on Thursday 21 March, prior to the March international friendlies against Brazil and Belgium – two sides you’d expect to test Southgate’s players to the max.

The women’s kits will be available before they begin their Euro 2025 qualification campaign in April, and, following consultation with the players, will include a wider chest and waist width, as well as an increase on the size of the sleeve opening.
