The case of sexual misconduct of which the current Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is accused, has lived another chapter this Thursday when another woman who is dedicated to giving massages has filed a lawsuit against the NFL player due to practices extremely similar to the previous accusations.

The woman, whose identity, like the 24 previous plaintiffs, was not disclosed, filed the lawsuit in Harris County the same week that Watson was cleared to return to Browns training camp after serving five of the 11-game suspension handed down by the NFL due to the aforementioned sexual misconduct issue.

In this new legal claim, “Jane Doe” as the nickname is put to cover the identity of the affected woman, it is alleged that Watson contacted the masseuse by Instagram direct message in December 2020 with the intention of requesting a massage and both met for that purpose at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.

Already there, it is argued in the text of the lawsuit, same that the woman filed with a different lawyer than Tony Buzbee, who filed the previous 24, of which 23 were already dismissed after reaching an out-of-court settlement, “Watson removed his towel and offered to let her ‘get on top.’ Plaintiff refused to have sex with Watson, however, he was able to pressure her into oral sex with the Defendant.”
